• Keep your password confidential and use strong, unique credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security incidents.
• We may suspend accounts for suspected misconduct, fraud, or policy violations.

Fees are due at enrollment. Full refund is available before the first live session. See full policy in our FAQs.

• Taxes and payment processor fees may apply based on your region.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Partial refunds after the first live session are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

Maintain respectful communication. Harassment and disruption are not tolerated.

• No hate speech, threats, or discrimination in any course spaces.
• No sharing of pirated content or bypassing paywalls or DRM.
• Follow instructor and moderator directions during live sessions.

Courses are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; your rights may vary.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Material changes will be signposted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
• Your continued access after changes becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
